By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service agreement as well as all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you are responsible for complying with any local laws specific to your area. This agreement covers all products, services, and features of which YMAA School is the owner, creator, or sponsor of, whether in full or in part. If you do not agree to any condition or clause presented in this agreement, you explicitly give up your right to access and use this website, and you would then also be prohibited from doing so.
These Terms of Service may be revised at any time without notice. By accessing and using this website, you are agreeing to abide by the current version. YMAA School will put forth reasonable efforts in informing its visitors about any change deemed to be significant but will ultimately not be responsible for anybody who accesses or uses this site without being aware of such changes made.
All content on this website (including but not limited to text, photos, graphics, videos, and audio) are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws, and such content shall always be one of the following: 1) owned by YMAA School, 2) open to fair use and presented as such, 3) properly credited to its original source, with permission if applicable, requested, or mandatory. YMAA School will do its utmost in good faith to always credit copyrighted material with permission whenever required. Upon notification, any item that is incorrectly attributed or misused will either be corrected or removed right away.

YMAA School reserves the right to modify these restrictions if deemed necessary with due effort in providing prior notice. This license is granted as a convenience and any violation of these restrictions without explicit permission constitutes abuse and copyright infringement, resulting in the termination of said license immediately. This license can be reinstated only after coming to terms directly with YMAA School.
Disclaimer and Limitations
This website is presented "as is." YMAA School makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, about this website's content or how it is used. While YMAA School will make its best efforts to maintain and keep this website updated and secure, which includes hosting the site, databases, and content on a secure host, it cannot and does not guarantee that the code will always be virus-free, error-free, or free of any other type of attack that ultimately may be malicious to your computer and data. Additionally, YMAA School hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property, or any other violation of rights.
YMAA School, its suppliers, or any affiliated company shall not be liable for any damages, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, health problems, damages for loss of data or profit, computer viruses, business interruption, attorney fees) arising out of or connected in any way to the use or inability to use the content on this website, even if YMAA School or an authorized representative of YMAA School has been previously advised orally or in writing of the possibility of such damages, costs and expenses. Revisions and Errata

Once alerted, YMAA School will duly investigate any possible errata or areas of question and consequently make the appropriate changes within a reasonable time period when necessary. You may request dates of when specific documents, files, or media were last modified.
You have the option of purchasing a premium membership which will initially create your user account. If you do not renew your premium membership at the end of its term, your account will revert into a basic membership, meaning you retain your user account but with limited access to content. In either case, having a user account allows you to post comments, start and reply to forum threads, and otherwise interact with the site as a user. It will also enable you to make purchases, access online courses, and upload user content. Please note that user content is moderated and any objectionable material, behavior, or pattern of action observed in your account, whether explicitly by you or an unknown third party, may result in its suspension or termination. YMAA School reserves the right to delete any user content, suspend any user, or terminate any account at its sole discretion at anytime, regardless of whether prior notice is given. You may appeal any such decisions by contacting us.
By creating a user account, you agree that you are a unique user in the system (multiple accounts are not permitted), that you are representing yourself as the user specified in the account profile, and that you will abide by the rules set forth in this document. You are responsible for securing your account to the maximum extent you are capable of, including using a strong password, safeguarding your password, changing your password periodically, restricting access to your computer, and remembering to logout (when necessary, such as in public areas).
When you create a user account, you will also be added to the general mailing list if you have not yet already subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time. All emails we send to the general mailing list include instructions on how to unsubscribe. Please note that unsubscribing only removes you from the mailing list and does not remove your email from our system. We still need your email for contacting you and identifying your account.
If you have trouble logging in or wish to cancel your account, please contact us for assistance.
All text, photos, graphics, videos, audio, data, or content uploaded to this website or sent to YMAA School through your user account or otherwise associated with your user account fall under your care and responsibility. If you believe your account has been hacked or is otherwise the subject of abuse, you agree to assist us and any authorities to idenfity the person or persons who originated any content in question, regardless of whether the content was sent through private or public channels.
YMAA School will make efforts to moderate user-provided content but cannot endorse or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or integrity of it. As a result, you understand that you may be exposed to content that is offensive, harmful, inappropriate, abusive, or deceptive. YMAA School shall not be held liable for such content, although it will make efforts to reasonably filter the content without excessive restrictions or censoring. To prevent unwanted exposure to objectionable content, YMAA School reserves the right to remove any content you upload or send that is deemed inappropriate, illegal, or alleged to be infringing on the copyright of others, without prior notice, at our sole discretion, and without liability to you. Repeated uploads or sending of such content are grounds for account termination and may also warrant further actions to prevent any future violations.
You shall retain all rights to any content that you upload or send to YMAA School (providing that the rights do actually belong to you) with the express understanding that you are permitting YMAA School to reuse such content under a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, unrestricted license, which includes the right to copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, sublicense, and distribute, with no compensation paid to you. However, YMAA School will never directly sell your content and will request your explicit permission whenever possible if using such content in any public or commercial manner. Private messages and individual emails will always be considered confidential unless otherwise notified. Any other communications, remarks, questions, requests, or suggestions, especially those posted to public areas of the website, are automatically regarded as non-confidential and subject to this license.
Users of this website's system agree to common sense behavioral guidelines when making any post or upload: 1) be respectful of others opinions, feelings, and well-being, 2) do not post unsolicited spam or advertising, 3) do not impersonate or misrepresent others, 4) do not copy or repost copyrighted material without permission, 5) do not purposely try to overload the website's servers, exploit flaws in the website's code or infrastructure, or use it in a way that was not intended.
Streaming and Downloadable Content
Streaming content and downloads are available for some of our online courses. Some content is free, while other content requires access to be granted (i.e. purchasing a membership). If you believe you have been denied access to a course or download in error, please contact us. Please send refund requests through our contact page, and we will respond to you within 10 business days or less.

As not all links can be immediately reviewed (including but not limited to links posted by users, spam bots, or viruses) and content hosted on other websites are beyond the scope and control of YMAA School, the existence of any such link on our website does not imply endorsement by YMAA School. While we will put forth our best effort to maintain the integrity of posted links, the use of links posted on this website will ultimately be at the user's own risk.
