Qigong (氣功, qìgōng) is the ancient art of using the mind to naturally develop the body energy for improved health, longevity, and relaxation. This course will serve as your Qigong foundation (氣功基礎, qìgōng jīchǔ), with comprehensive review of theory, principles, history, feeling and correspondence of Qi with a partner, and exercises for the spine and chest.
