Medical Qigong (保健氣功, bǎojiàn qìgōng) was created by Chinese doctors long ago for healing and to maintain health. It is safe to train and easy to learn. Through this practice, you can learn how to keep your body healthy and strong without the use of any drugs or external remedies. Some of the more popular practice sets are: The Eight Pieces of Brocade, The Five Animal Sports, and The Four Seasons Qigong.

Muscle/Tendon Changing and Marrow/Brain Washing Qigong (易筋經洗髓經氣功, yìjīnjīng xǐsuǐjīng qìgōng) was created by Bodhidharma when he was in the Shaolin Buddhist monastery. It is considered one of the most advanced Qigong practices used to train the spirit to achieve enlightenment and long-lasting youth.

Usually it will take more than 3 years of accurate practice to complete the Small and Grand Circulations. In order to rebuild the strength of the physical body and to bring the spirit to a higher and more enlightened level, you must store Qi in the Lower Dan Tian and fill your Qi vessels to an abundant level. Only then will you be able to effectively reconstruct the physical body and nourish the brain cells to raise your spirit and vitality.
